There are only two area teams left after last week's regional finals.  Both are in Division 3, the DeWitt Panthers and the Mason Bulldogs.  This after they won regional championship games last Friday night.

DeWitt beat Linden last Friday night 29-16, while Mason won 49-30 over Trenton.  Both were big victories on the road.

And it's still possible that they could play each other in this tournament.  And it would be in the Division 3 state finals at Ford Field on November 26th at 7:30pm.  Wouldn't that be something if two area teams played each other for the state title?
