The top seven in last week's poll is exactly the same as it was last week.  But there are changes at the bottom of the poll.

Waverly lost twice while Webberville lost once to get bumped out.  But three CMAC teams make it in after victories last week.

Williamston, Olivet, and Ovid-Elsie all remain undefeated at a combined 29-0.  While Okemos and Lakewood have only one loss apiece.

Some big games this week.  Tuesday's action features a battle of GLAC leaders as Olivet visits Lakewood.  Other Tuesday action includes:  Holt at Williamston, Ionia at Mason, and longtime rivals Eastern and Sexton play each other on the west side of town.  While action later in the week features P-W at Potterville (Wednesday), Haslett at Fowlerville (Thursday), while Holt is at Grand Ledge and Sexton is at Lansing Catholic on Friday.  There's only one game on Saturday, but it's a good one as Webberville visits Potterville.

Ok, on with this week's poll:

Mid-Michigan High School Boys Basketball Top 10—1/25/22

Here's a look at the top 10 teams in the Lansing area in boys basketball.

We'll have our first Friday night broadcast this week.  As of this writing (morning of January 25th), we're not sure as to what game we'll be broadcasting.  But games we're considering are:  Holt at Grand Ledge, Sexton at Lansing Catholic, or Okemos at DeWitt.

Whatever game we decide to broadcast, Erik (Doc) Love will join Brock Palmbos Friday night at 7:00.  As always, WVFN The Game 730 AM's coverage of high school basketball is brought to you by Wayne Lacy and his staff at Cherry Creek Mortgage Company in DeWitt.  Give them a call at 517-580-5050 and ask about any kind of home loan and/or mortgage.
