Detroit Pistons third-year guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope will have an MRI on his injured groin on Thursday.

KCP injured his groin in Wednesday's loss to the Boston Celtics.  He is not expected to play in Thursday night's home game against the New York Knicks.

Caldwell-Pope is averaging 14.6 points per game and 3.8 rebounds in 50 games this season.
