Joe’s on Jolly Eatery Opens to the Public This Weekend
Who's ready to try out a new eatery this Labor Day weekend? You only have to ask me once and I'm on it!
There's a new eatery everybody needs to check out this weekend in Okemos on Jolly Rd. It's called "Joe's on Jolly."
It's taken roughly two years to get this new eatery off the ground and up and running in the Greater Lansing area.
Joe's on Jolly basically transformed from a former tire store into a neighborhood pub featuring all kinds of great food and drinks.
According to the Lansing State Journal:
The over 7,500-square-foot restaurant occupies what was once Value Tire Center. The space was gutted and completely reimagined, but even before starting the build-out in 2019, Joe Goodsir, one of the new restaurant's owners, saw its potential to fill a much-needed niche.
The cool part for me is the fact that I drive by "Joe's on Jolly" everyday on my way to and from work. So I've had the pleasure of watching it all come together over the past two years and now it's open for business this weekend.
I can't wait to check out this new eatery. It's a really nice casual spot where you can stop by and enjoy a few drinks, burgers, pizza, and many other delicious menu items.
Here's what the owner has to say about the new Joe's on Jolly eatery, courtesy of the Lansing State Journal.
"The design is vintage industrial," Goodsir said, and includes a variety of different types of seating and different types of tables. The restaurant will seat up to 355 people, and a private room that seats 36 is available for rent.
If you're ready for salads, burgers, pizza, and beer, then you're really going to like Joe's on Jolly.
