Baby Beer? Michigan Baby Named After Brewery Where He Was Born

What's in a name? In this instance, a lot. A Michigan couple has named their son after the brewery where he was born.

When I first heard about this, the first names that came to my mind were as follows,

• Brewski
• Beer
• Brew
• Barley
• Brewer
• Tapper
• Alen
• Hopper

Pretty clever right? Unfortunately, his parents did not name him any of the above monikers.

Jokes aside, this did indeed happen. According to the New York Post, Kyle and Aaron Baker of Vicksburg, Michigan had their third child in the parking lot of One Well Brewing in Kalamazoo.

The couple was on their way to the hospital because Kyle was experiencing what she thought were cramps, it turns out she was in labor.

There was no time to make it to the hospital, the baby was coming! The pair pulled into the parking lot at One Well Brewing, and Kyle gave birth to Forrest Wells Baker.

Get it? His middle name is Wells after One Well Brewing.

The Baker family even called the brewery to have a to-go order delivered to the hospital.

One Well Brewery owner Chris O'Neil, told WOOD-TV that there may be a new brew in the works to mark the arrival of Forrest Wells Baker.

I love it. As you will see in the video below, mom, dad, and baby Forrest Wells Baker, are home and doing just fine.
