Harbor Freight Officially Announces New Burton Store – Now Hiring

Earlier this year, we told you about a new Harbor Freight Tools store that was coming to Burton. The new Genesee County store will be one of over 1,400 stores throughout the United States.

The company announced in a press release their plans to open a new location in the Courtyard Shopping Center at 4151 E. Court St. It will be located in the former 18,400-square-foot grocery store.

We’ve been looking to open a location in Burton for a number of years so that we can provide the tools and equipment at tremendous value to the community. In addition to finding a great location, we were attracted by the availability of great Associates in the Burton area, and we look forward to having them join the Harbor Freight team.

When Will Harbor Freight Open in Burton?

According to the press release, construction is underway with local workers and companies from the surrounding Burton area.

Their plan is to open up sometime later this spring.

Harbor Freight in Burton is Hiring

The store is projected to generate around 25 to 30 new job openings within the community, which will include positions such as Sales and Logistic Supervisors, Senior Associates, Sales Associates, as well as seasonal opportunities.
