This Lansing Man Has Been to Every Super Bowl
The Detroit Lions still may have never been to a Super Bowl, but this Michigan man has.
In fact, Gregory Eaton of Lansing has been to all of them.
One of only three surviving members of the "Never Miss a Super Bowl Club", Eaton was there for the very first Super Bowl in Los Angeles back in 1967. It wasn't even called the "Super Bowl" yet; then it was the AFL–NFL World Championship Game. True to the club's motto, he's never missed one since.

"I always go back to Williams," he told Detroit's WDIV, referring to Doug Williams - the first black quarterback ever to win a Super Bowl back in 1988. "Blacks weren't smart enough to play quarterback, so they said. Now we got a lot of them."

Eaton was there when Whitney Houston belted out the National Anthem before kickoff at Super Bowl XXV in 1991. He was also there for Prince's legendary Super Bowl XLI halftime show back in 2007.
Where Has Gregory Eaton Traveled to See Every Super Bowl?
Attending every Super Bowl in history has meant a lot of travel for Eaton - except the two times the game was played in Michigan (Super Bowl XVI in 1982 and Super Bowl XL in 2006). He's been to Miami 11 times, and returns to New Orleans - his favorite Super Bowl host city - for his 11th one there in 2025.
And he's still holding out hope he'll get to see his beloved Detroit Lions play in one someday.
