Why do we love food trucks?

Traditional brick-and-mortar restaurants are great, but there's just something special about walking up to the window of a food truck, smelling and seeing your meal cooking right before your very eyes.

By their very nature, the menus at most food trucks have to be limited due to the size of the space these entrepreneurs have to work with. That means only they're only offering their best items - those delicious delights that will keep customers coming back again and again.
