East Lansing’s Thai Bakery is Serving Sweet Surprises

I love bringing you the latest on different restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more opening in Lansing. But I also love when these places are brought to me.

New Eateries in East Lansing

A friend recently asked, "have you been to that bakery next to Coral Gables in East Lansing?" While I knew the location he was talking about, my answer was no, as I didn't know there was a bakery there.

Now, I do!

Have you been to this cute, little bakery in East Lansing called Lebua Thai Thai?

The 'Best Thai Bakery in Lansing'

They are actually owned by another restaurant right next door; Taste of Thai. But what they serve is a bit different.

The outside features a sign that reads 'Food and Dessert' and they have an assortment of both.

What's on the Menu?

There's a bit of hot food on the menu, like this curry broth based noodle dish: Khao Soi Gai.

There's soft serve ice cream with traditional Thai flavors: Thai tea and Thai green tea.

Plus a host of other sweet and savory goods along with beverages and more.

While there, my friend picked up some of the deep-fried buns for us to try, and they were absolutely scrumptious! Just a bit on the sweet side and deliciously doughy. I seriously can't wait to go and try more.

They've been open at 2830 E Grand River Avenue in East Lansing since late 2024.
