We got more snow again, it's a winter scene outside. This weather makes me want to go sledding and beat my kids in a snowball fight. The cold weather also makes me crave chili, where am I headed?
When it comes to chili I prefer a hearty meat chili. I don't mind the beans in chili, it's not a deal breaker if the chili has beans. Having a piping hot bowl of meaty chili with some green onions, a dollop of sour cream and a pinch of shredded cheddare hits the spot.
