Battle Creek Area Is Getting Their First Brew Bus
If you've ever been bar-hopping before in Kalamazoo, you've no doubt heard about the Brew Bus. If you've never heard of the concept, it's a smaller-sized bus that will pick you up from any Kalamazoo area destination, take to a bar and drop you off, then pick you up and take you to the next bar.
This is a much safer concept than drinking and driving, clearly, and overall is a super fun experience. This is why social drinkers in the Battle Creek area should be excited about the announcement of Calhoun County's first-ever Brew Bus, recently announcing a weekend run:

Calhoun County’s first BrewBus hits the road on Saturday between 12 and 6 pm. But you’re gonna need one of these lanyards to hop on! Hop on at any brewery in Calhoun County and hop off at another nearby brewery in our region! Take the tour of our County’s elite beer makers!

In order to join the Brew Bus, you’ll need to purchase tickets in advance. The regular price is $25 and includes pick up and drop off every 30 minutes between 12 pm & 6 pm on May 20th. VIP tickets are $100 and include “Priority Bussing" which gets you first in line, a special edition event T-shirt, 6-pint tickets for participating breweries, and an event lanyard that makes you look special.
Kalamazoo has no shortage of ways to get around in the area, as there are many rideshare services provided and offered, from Uber & Lyft, to Kalamazoo Metro transit.
With all the dispensaries, it's only a matter of time before there's a Bud Bus.
