Each year at Christmastime, this family decorates their home at 216 E Lake St in South Lyon.

"Please celebrate the magic of the season by touring an 1883 Victorian home completely decorated for Christmas!"

Their decorations are not on the scale you may typically see. They pull out all of the stops.

On their Facebook, they specify that your entire family can enjoy all of the

"decorations [including] over 20 full-sized Christmas trees, over 150 nutcrackers, and over 100 animated figurines."

The best part is...it is free!

If you have time tomorrow, Saturday, December 2nd from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, you should definitely take a trip to tour The Christmas House.

You do not have to reserve a spot either.

"This is the only public tour. After that, tours are by appointment only, and are subject to work and family commitments."

Did I forget to mention the family actually lives in The Christmas House?

Although Google says, it says that The Christmas House is closed, do not believe that.

The family closed the Christmas decoration store that was previously inside their home several years ago. However, the annual tour of the home is still open to the public.
