Jim Harbaugh may no longer be a part of the University of Michigan football program, but it turns out he still likes hanging out in the Mitten State.

Coach Harbaugh took the Michigan Wolverines all the way to the top last season, helping them win the National Championship game against the Washington Huskies 34-13. But, that was the end of his time in Ann Arbor, at least in a coaching capacity, as he joined the Los Angeles Chargers as their head coach (where he'll get to coach former Detroit Lions' quarterback Matthew Stafford.)

Jim Harbaugh's Ties to the State of Michigan

But just because he's coaching a different team in a different state, that doesn't mean that Jim Harbaugh doesn't still love Michigan. In fact, the coach spent a lot of years in Michigan, starting in his childhood years when he lived in Ann Arbor from 1973-1979. After leaving the state for a couple of years, he returned to attend the University of Michigan and play for their football team.

And in a move that very much felt like a homecoming, Harbaugh returned yet again in 2014 to take the reigns as head coach of the University of Michigan football team. Harbaugh would remain with the team for nine seasons, eventually winning the National Championship.

Jim Harbaugh Visits Russo's in Gun Lake, Michigan

It seems that Coach Harbaugh is enjoying little time in Michigan this summer while gearing up for the start of the NFL season.

Harbaugh was spotted at Russo's Pizzeria in Gun Lake this week.

He even took the time to pose for a photo with owner Joey Russo.

As you can see, he's still rocking his signature khaki pants.

He also took the time to autograph a menu.

The real question is - what did he order? Pizza? A sub? Stromboli?
