These irresponsible drivers are showing off their powerful cars by doing burnouts and donuts.
On the surface, a bunch of cars doing burnouts doesn't seem like that big of a deal.
But when these drivers show off and lose control of their car it can lead to deadly consequences.
About a month ago, the Grand Rapids Police Department broke up a 20-car meet up that was taking place at the 2nd and Stocking.
Drivers were doing burnouts in the intersection.
Dodge Charger Crashes While Showing Off In Grand Rapids
New videos posted on social media account SinCityMI shows the driver of a white Dodge Charger doing burn outs on Fulton Street near Vito's Pizza.
The video starts out with the driver almost crashing when doing a burnout.
The driver attempts to do a second burnout and that's when things go wrong.
The car loses control and crashes into a nearby building.

The video cuts off after the car crashed into the building.
If police catch the driver they could be facing some serious consequences.
According to Michigan law, reckless driving, which includes activities like burnouts, is classified as a misdemeanor.
Convicted motorists typically face up to 93 days in jail and/or a maximum fine of $500.
Additionally, the vehicle involved in the burnout may be impounded, and in some cases, forfeited to the police.
