Michigan's Most Wanted

Michigan's most-wanted is a list you never want to be on, but how does one get on the list in the first place?

Obviously, a crime needs to be committed but we are not suggesting you do anything to make the list. The Michigan State Police keep a running list of its top most wanted. Whenever a top-ranked fugitive gets caught or dies, the MSP looks at the remaining criminals for possible replacements and then fills the slot.

Michigan's Number 1 Most Wanted

Meet Eddy Beltsasar Tavarez who is wanted for firearms possession by a felon. Tavarez is a 46-year-old male Latino that weighs 200 pounds and is 5'7" tall. Tavarez has a scar on his forehead and uses aliases Eddy Tavarez Tavarez and Eddy Tavereztaverez. His last know address is in Grand Rapids. Branden Lamarr Williams is wanted for felony sexual assault with a person under the age of 13. Williams is 47 years old, weighs 185 pounds, and stands 5'5". His last known residence was in Jackson. Michigan's Number 3 Most Wanted

Darrick Henry McCaster (not to be confused with NFL football player of the Tennessee Titans) is wanted in connection with running a criminal enterprise and failing to appear in court. McCaster will sometimes go by his last name or the nickname of Selma. McCaster is 6" tall, weighs 210 pounds, and his last address known address was in Redford. Carmen Donesa Cadwell is wanted for felony obstruction for fleeing and eluding in the 3rd and 4th degrees. Cadwell is a 51-year-old female that weighs 140 pounds and is 5'7" tall. Rita Maria Kowalski also goes by Brandy Hough is wanted for a parole violation in Battle Creek. Kowalski served three years in prison for uttering and publishing and passing checks without an account or without sufficient funds. Michigan's Number 6 Most Wanted

Her name is Gatika Jasmine Brown and her last known living address was in Muskegon. Brown is 35 years old, weighs 143 pounds, and stands 5'4".  A criminal bench warrant has been issued for Brown's failure to appear in court for charges of personal identifying information, obtaining, possessing, and transferring with intent.
