If ice skating skating is one of your favorite winter activities - great news! One of the top ice skating rinks in the entire country is here in Michigan.

"What is the Best Ice Skating Rink in the U.S.?" is the subject of a new USA Today 10best readers' poll.

Twenty ice skating rinks were nominated by experts as the best in the country for providing superior ice skating experiences. It's now up to a public vote to determine the top ten.

The Michigan rink in the running took the No. 4 spot last year!

The Frankenmuth Ice Rink in Michigan's "Little Bavaria" is up for the honor once again!

The rink, located in the heart of downtown at Zehnder Park is part of the city's "Christmas Experience". It's open Nov. 20, 2024, through Feb. 28, 2025.

You can get a season pass for $50 or general admission is $10 and that is for all day access. Skate rental is $3 and both hockey and figure skates are available.

Take in the twinkling lights and holiday music and enjoy concessions like snacks and hot coca. You can buy merchandise like hats and gloves too!
