Is It Me Or Is The QD Cider EARLY This Year?

Ahhh. Fall in Michigan. There's nothing like it. Leaves start changing color. We start to get ready for Halloween. The temps start to go down. We're thinking hayrides and haunted houses. Football games. Apple cider and donuts. And we all know QD Apple Cider is second to none.

Just one problem.

It's the middle of August. It's still summer.

Temps are still high. There won't be any football so to speak.

But we do have cider.

How is that possible?

I stopped by the QD on Jolly and Dunckel the other day and there it was. A giant cooler filled with ice and gallons of the golden nectar of the gods that is QD apple cider.

How did I miss the signs on the door?

The cider's - a - pourin'...apparently in August.

I had to do some digging.

To social media I go...

Apparently it got here August 13th.

And why?

According to the folks at QD, "we've earned it".

Now mind you, it has been a tough year. And I'm not knocking the hustle.

I am thankful. And even though it does feel a little bit early for cider, I'll take it as it's delicious. I'll keep it cold for now though cause I'm not about hot cider while the temps are still up there.

And if this is QD's way of speeding 2020 the heck on outta here, I'll take that too. We could use all the help we can to get through (and past) this year.
