Is 2015 The Year Of The Tiger?

The Detroit Tigers Start the season today. Detroit will play the Baltimore Orioles in Lakeland, Florida. This is Detroit's first exhibition game of 2015.

The Tigers are going to be a different team this season. Gone are Max and Porcello. They have added Cespades, Greene, Simon and get Iglesias back. This will be the second full year for manager Brad Ausmus too.

The Detroit Tigers do have a lot of questions, like the health issues of Miggy and Victor. Can this team bounce back from some bad losses? Will Alex Avilia stay un-concussed? Can Kinsler and J.D. Martinez be as good as they were last season? This team is like a lot of other teams in the beginning of Spring Training: many question marks.

The Detroit Tigers have a lot of money invested with many players. I feel this year's team can win at least 85 games. This team will have to contend with Cleveland, KC, and the White Sox. But I feel even with the absence of the players I mentioned Detroit is the team to beat in their division. The Tigers will have the outstanding hurler David Price all season long, too.

This team is going to only get better, if they can stay healthy.
