University of Michigan freshman guard Cole Bajema (pictured, #22) has decided to enter the transfer portal, the school said on Tuesday night.

Bajema is the third Michigan basketball player to enter the transfer portal this offseason.  Former Wolverines David DeJulius and Colin Castleton have transferred to Cincinnati and Florida, respectively.

Cole didn't play very much in his only season in Ann Arbor, appearing in only ten games (playing only 37 total minutes).  However, he was projected to get more playing time in his sophomore season.

Bajema, who's 6-7, was a four-star recruit out of Lynden, Washington.  His departure means that Michigan would have two scholarship openings for the upcoming season.  And they possibly could have three scholarships open if Isaiah Livers decides to stay in the NBA Draft (Livers has until June 3rd to make that decision).
