Hunter Rison, 19, played in all but one of Michigan State's game this season and registered at least one touch in each game he played as a true freshman. He finished his only season at Michigan State with 19 catches for 224 yards and three rushes for 11 yards.

Rison was fourth on the team in receiving yards behind Felton Davis III, Darrell Stewart and fellow freshman Cody White this season.

According to his father, Hunter is transferring in part due to playing time concerns.

Hunter Rison was a four star recruit out of Ann Arbor Skyline, and was considered a top 10 player in the state for his high school class. Coming out of high school, Rison had over 20 different offers to major college football programs including Ohio State, Oklahoma and Alabama.
