If you're a man or woman from age 16 to 30, you could play some hoops this fall and winter, as well as get mentor-ship from some local law enforcement, this according to Fox 47.

If you every Thursday night from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. until December 12th, you could shoot some hoops, courtesy of the program the Lansing Police Department started.

Registration will be available at the door. The weekly event will happen at the Alfreda Schmidt Community Center Gymnasium, 5826 Wise Road.

You won't just be playing basketball either, the police department will also help offer resources for employment opportunities.
