Four-Star Football Recruit Benny Flips From MSU To U-M
Four-star lineman from Oak Park HS, Rayshaun Benny flipped his verbal commitment from Michigan State to Michigan on Wednesday morning and signed with the Wolverines on the first day of the late signing period.
Benny, a 6-5, 270 lb defensive tackle, had been a key player on Oak Park's run to the state semifinals back in January. And he had been a strong Spartan verbal commit for the class of 2021.
But Benny changed his mind on Wednesday. This leaves Michigan State with 18 commitments for 2021, 23 for Michigan.
The Spartans and Wolverines, as of now, are scheduled to renew acquaintances on the football field on October 16th.
