Bronwyn had a great season for the lady Trojans this fall.  And she capped it off with a runner-up finish at the Division 2 Swimming & Diving Championships at Oakland University last week.

Her score of 365.40 was good for 2nd in the diving competition behind eventual state champion Aubrey Yarger of Hastings HS.

Bronwyn is a great student, carrying a 3.87 grade point average.  She takes aviation classes now and wants to major in that subject in college.  And after school is completed, she wants to become an airline pilot.

You can nominate a High School Student-Athlete of the Week by going to the Lansing Sports Network app.

And congratulations to East Lansing HS senior Bronwyn Minnick of the girls swimming and diving team.  She's the High School Student-Athlete of the Week.

And it's brought to you by Dowding Industries, and by the Lansing Sports Commission.
