Season Outlook:
DeWitt made another deep run but fell short of their ultimate goal to Orchard Lake St. Mary's in the regional final round of the playoffs. It was a game that they came within minutes of winning. Fueled by that loss head coach Rob Zimmerman has his 2017 Panther squad focused and ready to make a deeper run and clear that hurdle to get back in to the state championship conversation. A playoff appearance this year will make it 12 consecutive years of postseason football for DeWitt.
