Detroit Tigers 2019 TV Schedule Announced For Regular Season

As the calendar changes over to March, we are less than three weeks away from the start of the MLB season.   The TV Schedule for the Tigers is now out. 

According to Fox Sports Detroit, the 2019 TV schedule for the Tigers will feature 160 regular season games televised on Fox Sports Detroit.

The regular season opener will be in Toronto on Thursday, March 28th.   Tigers home opener is against the Kansas City Royals and that will be broadcast on Thursday, April 4th.   The season will wrap up on Sunday,  September 29th in Chicago against the White Sox

The home opener will feature a two hour pregame that will begin at 11 a.m.   The new broadcast team of Matt Shepard along with Kirk Gibson and Jack Morris will call the games.   Dan Petry will join the studio team for the pre-game and post-game shows.
