The Detroit Lions are looking to get their running offense back on track by signing former Baltimore Ravens running back Justin Forsett, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Forsett was waived by the Ravens after week three and finished with 98 yards in those three games. In 2014, Forsett ran for 1,266 yards and eight touchdowns as the Ravens' featured back. Last year, his season was cut short when he broke his right arm in Week 11.

Theo Riddick has been in the driver's seat since Ameer Abdullah was placed on injured reserve. Riddick's specialty is pass-catching but has averaged 3.4 yards a carry.

You can probably expect Riddick to go back to his pass-catching role and Forsett to be the featured back in the next coming weeks.
