Crosstown Showdown Rescheduled
The annual Crosstown Showdown between the Lansing Lugnuts and the Michigan State baseball team has been rescheduled for Tuesday, September 6th.
The game is normally played in early April before the Luggies season begins, but because of bad weather, it was postponed and not rescheduled...until now.
The game will be played the day after the Lugnuts regular season ends, and the day before any potential Midwest League playoff games. It would also count against Michigan State's 56-game limit for the 2017 season.
