The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has granted Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott an emergency stay of his six-game suspension for domestic abuse allegations.  Therefore, Elliott is eligible for Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to media outlets.

The former Ohio Stater was suspended by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell this summer for allegations made by his former girlfriend.from an alleged incident last year.

The Cowboys are 4-3 heading into Sunday's home showdown with the 6-2 Chiefs.
