The Detroit Tigers got back into the win column and back in to the second American League Wild Card spot with a 4-2 win over the Seattle Mariners Saturday night at Comerica Park. Detroit (66-55) was led by Nick Castellanos who was 2 for 4 with 2 RBI including a solo home run in the fourth inning that broke a 1-1 tie. J.D.Martinez also had tow hits and drove in a run. David Price (12-8) earned his first win as a Tiger after two no-decisions with eight strong innings allowing only three hits at striking out seven and Joe Nathan earned his 26th save. The win moved the Tigers a half game ahead of the Mariners in the second AL Wild Card spot.  Seattle (66-56) tied the game at one in the top of the fourth with an RBI single from Robinson Cano.  Felix Hernandez (13-4) only lasted five innings in the loss. The two teams conclude their weekend series on Sunday afternoon when Robbie Ray (1-2( will take the mound for Detroit and Chris Young starts for the Mariners.
