Cassius Winston Returning For Senior Season

Michigan State junior point guard Cassius Winston (pictured above with MSU head coach Tom Izzo) announced on Friday that he will be returning to East Lansing for his season.

Winston was a first-team Associated Press All-American this past season.  He was also voted the Big Ten Player of the Year, and first team All-Big Ten.

Cassius averaged 18.8 points and 7.5 assists per game this past season.  He is a former Mr. Basketball in the state of Michigan, which he won in 2016 while leading U-D Jesuit High School to the Class A state title that year.
