According to this Michigan law, you cannot golf past 1am in Michigan! What!?

Golfing just seems to be a start to your day, or off during a lunch break type of deal. Not a, "we've had a few cold ones Jimmy, let's go put some holes" kind of game.
According to one Michigan law, you may not be allowed to golf past 1am.
Is this really possible? Yes, actually.
In Detroit, It's Illegal To Putt-Putt Golf Past 1 am
There's a Michigan law, Detroit: Sec. 5-2-6, that prohibits mini golfing, putting greens, and driving courses to operate between the hours of 1:00 am and 6:00 am.
You have to wonder what A + B = C conflict happened to cause this ordinance to happen, in the city of Detroit.
It's a very odd law, however, Michigan still has a couple of strange ones in the state as well.
On top of the golfing rule in Michigan, it is unlawful to destroy a radio in the city of Detroit, which I for one can get behind personally.
