Tonight the Los Angeles Dodgers can close out this year's Pandemic World Series. The season was paused and shortened due to the coronavirus. Then of course it took more time to begin because owners and players were haggling over pay. But they finally got it going.

So here we are for tonight’s match up. The pitchers that are going for their respective teams are Blake Snell for Tampa and Tony Gonsolin for the Dodgers. The Dodgers are up 3-2 in a seven game series. I like Tampa tonight.

The Rays have been the Cinderella of this year’s World Series with devastating comeback wins. But the Dodgers have been a bridesmaid for the past three out of four World Series. You could say they're due big time. And it doesn't hurt that they have a team loaded with superstars.

The series has been played in a neutral site: The Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, which is the home of the Rangers.

I really hope it goes to an epic game seven tomorrow night. If that happens, LA would pitch 3-time Cy Young winner Clayton Kershaw. But LA has to get by that pesky outstanding fundamental team the Tampa Rays.

Can the Dodgers close it out tonight and become World Champions? Either way, it'll be an interesting game to watch! First pitch is at 8:08.
