The Detroit Red Wings lost to the Boston Bruins in Hockeytown tonight, 3-2. The Bruins got things started early in the 1st with a David Krejci wrist shot goal, Chris Kelly on the assist. The Wings fire back minutes later with a Tomas Tatar goal, Tomas Jurco and Riley Sheahan assisting. Reilly Smith scored a goal against Jimmy Howard in the 2nd period to give Boston the lead. Gustav Nyquist scored a power play goal in the 3rd to tie it all up. The game remained tied through overtime, and Boston took the game in a shootout.
