The Toronto Blue Jays will play a majority of their home games in Pittsburgh's PNC Park (shown above) for the 2020 season instead of the Rogers Centre (formerly known as the SkyDome) because the Canadian government won't allow U.S-based teams into Canada because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Jays will play 24 of their 30 home games in the Steel City, the other six will be in New York's Yankee Stadium, and Washington, D.C.'s Nationals Park.  Toronto will be designated the home team for three of the six games they play against those teams.

There had been conjecture that the team could play games in Buffalo (where The Jays Triple-A affiliate plays), Detroit (when the Tigers are out of town), or even Lansing's Cooley Law School Stadium (which is a Jays Single-A affiliate). But in the case of Buffalo and Lansing, lighting issues and lack of major league facilities stopped that from happening.
