Big Ten Releases 2017 Friday Primetime Schedule

The Big Ten released it's 2017 Friday night conference schedule. Not all 14 schools are represented but will rotate on yearly basis.

When the Friday games were annouced Penn State wanted no part in hosting a game but would play on Friday and Michigan disregared the idea of playing on Friday but open to Saturday night games.

Michigan State has opened their season on Friday against a non-conference oppoennt since 2011.

The 2017 Friday primetime lineup:

Fri., Sept. 1 Washington at Rutgers
Fri., Sept. 1 Utah State at Wisconsin
Fri., Sept. 8 Ohio at Purdue
Fri., Sept. 29 Nebraska at Illinois
Fri., Oct. 13 Northwestern at Maryland
Fri., Oct. 27 Michigan State at Northwestern
