
Big Ten Announces Some MSU Football Kickoff Times For 2025
The Big Ten Conference announced on Thursday afternoon select kickoff times for games involving conference teams.
That includes Michigan State. And as expected, the Western Michigan at MSU game has been moved from Saturday, August 30th to Friday night August 29th at 7:00pm. Michigan State has traditionally played their home opener on the Friday night of Labor Day weekend in recent years.

Other kickoff times for MSU football this season have been announced. Here is the list of kickoff times that we know of so far, as well as TV network that is broadcasting the game:
Friday, August 29th - Western Michigan @ Michigan State - 7:00p - FS1
Saturday, September 6th - Boston College @ Michigan State - 7:30p - NBC
Saturday, September 13th - Youngstown State @ Michigan State - 3:30p - BTN
Saturday, October 4th - Michigan State @ Nebraska - 12:00p/3:30p/4:00p - Network TBD/TBA
Saturday, October 11th - UCLA @ Michigan State - 12:00p - Network TBD/TBA
Saturday, October 18th - Michigan State @ Indiana - 12:00p/3:30p/4:00p - Network TBA/TBD
The remaining kickoff times for Michigan State football this upcoming season will be announced at a later date.
MSU is coming off a 5-7 season in 2024, they missed making a bowl game for the third straight season.
