The Detroit Tigers (45-34) showed their fangs against the Oakland A's (51-31) tonight, 5-4. The action didn't start til late in the game when Jed Lowrie hit a fly single to bring home Yoenis Cespedes. Miguel Cabrera tied the game in the 6th with a homer. In the 8th, the A's came out swinging starting with a Brandon Moss double to score Cespedes. Lowrie came to the plate and hit a fly single to score Moss and Josh Donaldson. It almost seemed lost in the bottom of the ninth, until Rajai Davis hit a walk off grand slam to take the win. Tigers take on the A's again tomorrow.
