In high school hoops last night, East Lansing beat Lansing Catholic 66-53.  The Trojans played very hard and out-rebounded a much bigger team.  They also forced a ton of turnovers and frustrated the Cougars by switching defenses all night.  Nate Colon continued his hot streak, scoring 18 points for the Trojans.

Other scores include Grand Ledge bouncing back from a tough loss with a win over a good DeWitt team.  Waverly beat Okemos 58-43.  The Lansing State Journal has all the area scores here.
