2014 Key Wins: 33-6 over Battle Creek Harper Creek in Week 9 to qualify for the playoffs.
2014 Key Losses: Lost to Sexton 21-12 in Week 8. Lost to Flushing 29-21 in Division 2 playoffs.
Key Games This Season: at Akron St. Vincent/St. Mary's Week 1, At Grand Ledge in Week 7. Sexton at Week 8.
2015 Season Outlook: Coach Marcel Carruthers has had great quarterbacks in recent years with Michael Canfield, Reggie Williams, and Lucas Barner. Whoever takes over at that position will have a young squad to build around. Only 8 starters return in 2015. But they're in the mix in the wide-open CAAC Blue. But the main goal is to get out of the first round of the playoffs. The Vikings have been eliminated in Round 1 the last three years. If the youngsters come together, that is a real possibility.
