White Sox shut out Tigers, 2-0

The Detroit Tigers lost to the Chicago White Sox in the first of a 3 game series in Detroit, 2-0. The only runs scored were in the 2nd when Tyler Flowers hit a two run homer off of a pitch from rookie pitcher, Kyle Lobstein. Today marked the first game back for Alex Avila, was out for the last week due to a concussion,   was struck out all three times he came to the plate. The Tigers are still a game ahead of Kansas City after their victory against Cleveland tonight. The Tigers take on The Sox again tomorrow night, pregame coverage starts at 6:40 PM on Lansing's Big Talker, 1240 AM, WJIM.
