The questions surrounding Rio's ability to host the Summer Olympics continue to swirl.

American gymnasts Simone Briles and Lauren Hernandez got into their room in the Olympic village this week only to discover something was wrong: there were no outlets.

In the year 2016, this is a crime and hard to believe considering thousands of athletes will descend to the South American city.

Considering all the other questions that have come up about whether or not Rio will be able to pull off hosting the Games, this is small potatoes, but, come on, you can't possibly expect all these young people not to have access to outlets. Having a phone die may be the only thing worse than falling off the uneven bars or drinking water that's cloudier than a smoggy day in Los Angeles.
