Carlos Santana hit a three run double in the top of the ninth inning to break a 2-2 tie and give the Cleveland Indians a 5-2 win and a sweep of their double header with the Detroit TIgers Saturday night at Comerica Park. Detroit (53-41) had tied the game in the seventh on an RBI triple from Austin Jackson. Cleveland (50-47) had take the 2-1 lead on the second of Chris Dickerson's two solo home runs.  Joe Nathan (4-3) tool the loss for the Tigers, Carlos Carrasco (3-3) earned the win and Cody Allen picked up his 13th save. The two teams will complete their four game series Sunday afternoon with Drew Smyly (5-8) starting for Detroit and Josh Tomlin (5-6) taking the hill for the Indians.
