Multiple media outlets are reporting that a U.S. Appeals Court has re-instituted the four-game suspension on New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady in regards to the 'Deflategate" scandel from January of 2015.

Brady was originally suspended by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell for the first four games of the 2015 season.  But Brady filed an appeal in the Court of Appeals, which he won.

The Patriots made it all the way to the AFC Championship Game before losing to the eventual Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos, 20-18.
