The Tigers (73-60) took down the Chicago White Sox (60-73) tonight, 7-1. The Sox drew first blood in the 1st with a sacrifice fly off the bat of Adam Dunn to score Adam Eaton for a run. The Tigers fought back in the 3rd starting with an Ian Kinsler double to bring home Ezequiel Carrera. A sacrifice fly from Torii Hunter brought in Kinsler to take the lead. The Tigers made a huge dent in the 4th starting with Nick Castellanos, grounding out to bring in a run from Victor Martinez. An Alex Avila double got in a run from J.D. Martinez. Kinsler took the plate and reached on a fielder's choice out, allowing Eugenio Suarez to get home. Hunter hit a ground rule double and Kinsler scored despite fan interference. The Tigers take on the Sox twice tomorrow in a double header, first game starts at 12:45 PM On Lansing's Big Talker, 1240 AM, WJIM.
