Tigers Sweep The Indians, 6-4

The Detroit Tigers came back from behind to take down the Cleveland Indians today, 6-4. J.D. Martinez got the Tigers on the board in the 4th with a single run homer to give the Tigers a 1-0 lead. In the 5th, Carlos Santana tied it up with a sacrifice fly ball to bring home Michael Bourn. The Indians broke the tie in the 6th when Jose Ramirez hit a ground RBI single, and Michael Brantley was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded. J.D. Martinez took the plate in the 6th and hit a ground single RBI to bring home Miguel Cabrera. In the 7th Ian Kinsler hit a 2 run homer to take the lead. In the 8th, Don Kelly scored a run off of a wild pitch from C.C. Lee. Later on, Torii Hunter grounded out, allowing Eugenio Suarez to score. In the 9th, Santana hit an RBI double, scoring Brantley. The Tigers take on the Minnesota Twins tomorrow, pregame coverage starts at 7:45 PM on Lansing's Big Talker, 1240 AM, WJIM.
