The Detroit Tigers took the opening game of their three game Interleague series with the Arizona Diamondbacks 4-3 Monday night at Chase Field. Detroit (55-43) jumped out to a 3-0 lead on the strength of home runs from Torii Hunter and Austin Jackson.  Arizona (43-57) came back with two runs in the fourth inning then tied it in the sixth with a solo home run by Gerardo Parra.  The Tigers then took the lead for good on Miguel Cabrera's RBI single.  Justin Verlander (9-8) pitched 6 and 2.3 innings for the win, and Joe Nathan picked up his 20th save. Randall Delgado (1-2) took the loss for Arizona. The two teams continue their series Tuesday with Rick Porcello (12-5) making the start for the Tigers while Chase Anderson (6-4) will pitch for the Diamondbacks.
