The Detroit Tigers earned a split in their four game series with the Chicago White Sox  with a 7-4 win at Comerica Park Thursday afternoon. Max Scherzer (2-1) fanned 10 batters in six innings of work while Rajai Davis went 3-5 including his second home run of the season, Miguel Cabrera drove in three runs and Joe Nathan worked the ninth for his fourth save to secure the win for Detroit (11-8). Jose Quintana (1-2) gave up seven runs in six innings in the loss, Adam Dunn hit a solo homer in the second inning, the 445th of his career,  and Alexei Ramirez had two RBI for the White Sox (11-12). The Tigers travel to MInnesota to start a three game series with the Twins Friday night. Rick Porcello (2-1) gets the start for Detroit while Kevin Correia (0-2) goes for Minnesota.
