Miguel Cabrera's RBI double in the top of the 10th inning lifted the Detroit Tigers to a 5-4 win over the Cleveland Indians at Progressive Field Saturday night. Detroit (38-32) won their third straight and moves to a game and a half ahead of Kansas City for first place in the American League Central division.  Joe Nathan (4-2) got the win in relief and Phil Coke struck out the side for his first save. Cleveland (37-38) tied the game with in the bottom of the ninth with RBI single from Michael Bourn and Cody Allen took the loss.. Victor Martinez, Rajai Davis and Ian Kinsler all homered for the Tigers including back to back shots from Davis and Kinsler. The Two teams complete their series Sunday afternoon. Max Scherzer (8-3) will start for Detroit while Josh Tomlin (4-4) takes the hill for Cleveland. Pregame coverage beings at 12:40pm on Lansing's Big Talker 1240 WJIM.
