The Seattle Seahawks sure got a gem when they drafted Wisconsin quarterback Russell Wilson. In his second year he has been utterly outstanding, picking apart many defenses.  Wilson, not a first round draft choice, has been a solid leader for the Seahawks. With his awesome play, his team became the first team to clinch a spot in the NFC playoffs. Russell Wilson is one talented athlete that played minor league baseball, but knew professional football was his true calling. Pete Carroll is his head coach in Seattle.  He came there from USC where that school was put on probation.  However, when Wilson's name came around the draft, they took a chance and he has panned out. This guy can really throw the football - and a lot of NFL teams are finding out the hard way. He could lead the Seattle Seahawks to the Super Bowl.
