The Sox would get on the board first in the 3rd inning after a sacrifice fly off the bat of Dustin Pedoria scored Jackie Bradley Jr. Detroit would score in the 3rd after an RBI single from Eugenio Suarez, scoring Austin Jackson. Tigers would take the lead in the 4th after a line drive single from Victor Martinez to score Miguel Cabrera. In the 6th, Mike Napoli hit a home run to tie the game. Detroit would come back in the 7th after a line drive single from Suarez brought home Nick Castellanos. The Tigers would hold onto the lead until the 9th when David Ortiz hit a 3 run homer to win the game. The Detroit Tigers will take on the Chicago White Sox tomorrow.
